    Usually I don't concern myself with such trivial matters but just glancing at the Colchester board and I see all this mud slinging going on and would like to know why? Its not as though you are local rivals or anything.

    Anyhow looking forward to the Essex v Suffolk derby at the WHCS next month!

    long standing rivalry from our non league days when we played col u in the fa cup and they were a league team then,we went 2 nil up at our old ground and their fans started trouble and got a good hiding.several scraps happened home and away for years .hence the hatred for each other.

    Bumlick Holt, and in all honesty Wycombe will be irrelevant in a few seasons when their roaming the realms of non league football.

    never,but we havent been a league club for that long,but we still made 2 major cup semi finals a few seasons ago

    We've had bigger battles with France and Germany over the years but we get along OK. About time we buried the hatchet and tried to get along. All this bitterness isn't healthy.

    Football rivalry is fine, but stupid remarks regards towns being slums etc. is not rivalry or even wumming, it is childish and has no place on here.

    Concentrate instead on football, wait for the season to start, we beat you/you beat us, thens the time to start the banter, meanwhile enjoy the summer break and good luck for next season.
