Colchester And Wycombe Why The Hostility?

mike you have a short memory,do you remember when we totally outclassed your tesco outfit at layer road in the fa cup and thrashed you and your moronic fans tried to get at us wycombe fans to cause a riot and the old bill sent your lot packing via the alsatian dogs.you then tried to get on our coach outside the ground after the game and got another hiding.i know the facts because i was there.end of lesson mike

 

Bit strange that people feel that calling towns slums etc has no place in football. Its an essential part of a rivalry having a bit of banter and hating the guts out of anything to do with the other team. Personally I was a bit confused myself as to why Wycombe and Colchester are deemed rivals until Rocky Blue cleared it up for me.

Anyway, from a purely neutral point of view I have to say....Colchester are a joke of a team and Wycombe are far more appealing

Colchester has never had, nor ever will have, slums in its East Anglian serenity.

O'Neill may have gone on to better things AFTER he left you feral chavboys, but the fact remains he and you were thoroughly humiliated in 1992.
