In a Gym once when some bloke started chatting to me . I hadn't a clue who he was but this isn't uusual for me so as normal i just blagged my way thru the convo hoping he would say something to give me a clue who the **** he was . After a while he cottoned on & said
" you don't remeber me do you"
me "nope"
him " John Ross2
me "nope still not got a scooby"
him "FFS bet you remember my dog Honey"
me " oh yes Honey was brill " at which point my voice tailed off as i considered the fact that a bloke who was blind still recognised people better than me

 

Perhaps it's the odour......

Back on topic, but yes they are trained. Maybe not to pick it up themselves, but they are trained to **** at home in a designated place (a tray or certain part of the garden). They don't poop when working.
