I have a pot marked acne ridden face which is why I wear a full beard, long hair and a moustache. I am also as ugly as hell so why haven't I caught covid? PS My ugly features never got in the way of my being able to pull good looking women. It must have been my charm and charisma.
https://www.bbc.com/sport/tennis/62248745 I respect his or anyone else's right to refuse vaccination. It's his decision as it was for Australia where the handling of the situation was a mess.
Just read through this thread from page 1 to page 60. Really interesting and makes me realise how far we have come, and how low we got. Also weird to see my obviously drunk posts from when I used to drink lol.
Wonder when not being vaccinated will prevent me from doing nice things as I was reliably informed would be the case
Letting it spread unchecked until it acquired immune escape devalued that as an option. Which...isn't a good thing. It's the reason we're still dealing with it nearly two and a half years later, and why it'll keep being a feature of life for a long time to come. And, grimly, there's a good chance it's why your generation and mine may end up having an average life expectancy that falls a fair bit short of previous generations, because we'll all have repeatedly acquired a disease that aggressively attacks the cardiopulmonary system. This was one of those big stand-up-and-be-counted moments for humanity, and collectively we failed pretty miserably.
Not arsed about international restrictions. Just pointing out that there was never once any restrictions on unvaccinated people in the UK (bar the appalling treatment of care workers) despite people on here assuring there would be and being giddy at the thought.
True, but I love travelling abroad and have recently come back from the States. So IMO there are still huge benefits to being fully vaccinated.
You may not be arsed about international restrictions but for most being able to travel is a very nice thing seeing as you asked.
