Come on Ipswich!
God we need the 1st goal today! Who knows, funny old game footie.
Come on Town!
1-0 down already.
Chambers at fault
Here we go, 1-0 down, do we have any come-back?
Questions over Chambo still playing for us, for months now.
Could have been a free kick on Bishop just before the goal. The way our luck is going we didn't the call and they score instead.
Ffs, when is Lambert gonna get the boot, he is clueless, once again, so many changes!! It don't take a genius to realise Chambers, Edwards, Judge and Dozzel just aren't good enough!
Now watch one of them score!!
Add to that list.... Nolan, skuse, and Sears
Non of the players are good enough neither is the manager and the owner is not even close to being good enough.
Nolan with a header back to the keeper, the Coventry keeper!
That was poor
Tame shot on target from Sears.
Sounds a better performance. Wouldn't it by great if we did nick that goal, and storm into the lead and really turn round things for us.
1-0 down at half time.
A nervy start to the game from us but we got better as the half wore on. Definitely better than the last couple of matches, we've played the ball on the deck more and looked a bit more composed about how we attack.
The overall quality and final decision making is still crap though. We are still in the game with our attempts to play positive football but we won't be good enough to actually score.
The referee needs glasses and is also of poor quality.
Blimey, we are 7 points off the play off last position with the added bonus of having played 1 or 2 more games than the rest of the protagonists
The question that really needs answering, is what was wrong with the matchday thread?
Edwards would do well in a decent Town side, but Chambo is now three years past his sell by date, Dozzell has been going nowhere for even longer and Judge has got all the motivation of a corpse.
As most have predicted some weeks ago, we slide inexorably down, we just cant buy a win, let alone a goal, 3rd Division for us next season.
60 years a Town supporter, very disheartening, 5 years, no is it 8 of dross and under-achievement, cant believe we were top beginning January, and now where are we.
Sorry Hampy, it was early and I didn't see the match thread further down and made a new one.
