Low scoring one last week with only RBF and Rob (our weekly pessimistic predictors) picking up anything worth writing home about. Rob's bang-on-the-money prediction rockets him up nine places into a healthy mid-table position. Usual rules for tomorrow's game, final score and first City scorer please. I'm going with Norwich 2-2 Everton Brady to open the scoring. Best of luck
Afternoon Munky - what´s all this about ´pessimistic predictors´? Predicting ´s never been about what you hope will happen, if it was we´d all be putting down 4 - 0 every week, but about what you think will happen Just so happens we were right last week, hasn´t happened much for me yet this year, so I´ll take it when it comes. And actually I thought I was bang on the money, and Rob was close to bang on the money, but there you go
It wasn't a dig fella, and please be aware I only called you "pessimistic predictors" due to the fact you both go for us to lose pretty much every week on this thread, which does stand out as most of us are generally way too optimistic and tend to go for City wins! I'm certainly not accusing either of you of being generally pessimistic and really wasn't meaning any offence by it! I'll double check but pretty sure you went for a 1-0 loss and Rob 2-0, so it were he rather than you who were "bang on"
Oof - I was workin on reverse psychology as for seasons I've been terrible at the predictor... So I thought maybe I could influence the result. I'm fairly sure I went or 2-0 but could be wrong. Seems I'll need to rethink my strategy of results are actually going to follow my predictions... Norwich 3-1 Everton Mbok
No offence taken Munky - and nope, it was the other way round, as I´m sure Rob will confirm in fact there´s no need , the evidence is below http://www.not606.com/threads/cpl-scores-canaries-v-watford.317471/
