    You can still do it.
I'm relying on 6 points from you lot next season for our promotion push.

On that performance we’re not making the playoffs. Players look tired and lacking the quality needed. As good as Chuks is when he comes on he needs to look up and pass the ball when he beats his man and gets near the byline. A simple pull back to Washington who had stepped back and its 3-1 and game over. Seen him shoot from those tight angles so many times and it only rarely comes off.

Whole team was poor tbh. It was built on a shoestring and it shows. Need a big clear out in the summer and better recruitment now that we have the money.

It should happen with Thomas and Nigel running the show, so time for a big wager on us getting promoted next season.

One more year in League 1.

You’ll have to wait another year and by then we’ll be having the 6 points off you. Unless of course you’re in the prem by then.

I hope not - this year I've realized how much I detest the Premiership and what it has become - would rather us get relegated than promoted.

I'd rather ground-hop with Penfold than wait 5 minutes for VAR to cancel a goal because a multi-millionire's armpit hair was offside.

Agree TC. The Premiership is crap in its current format. League 1 is poor quality. The Championship is the best league at the moment.

I couldn't be bothered to write last night, and it would have mostly been swear words and stuff, but I'm calmer this morning. That was light a return to Bowyer. set up wrong to begin with and basically outplayed for 70+ minutes, but as we got an early goal we just plodded along with no effort to shake things up and get the second goal we needed until Crewe got a deserved equaliser. We then changed gear and clawed our way back into first the game, and then the lead, and when Accy equalised it looked like a bad performance paperd over with a good result. But Crewe struck back again as we failed to see the game out, and we got a miserable point. 96th minute or not, Crewe were worth their draw. We should have started with Aneke /Washington - we are utterly predictable otherwise. A win saturday keeps us in it, but we'll need more points afterwards, and frankly I'm not convinced we have the football in us to win the play offs.
To be honest, the season already looked over back in february, so dumping a lot of complaints at the door of Adkins ignores the fact we are still in with a shout of the play offs due to his injecting some much needed confidence. But just as we have our destiny in our own hands, we slip back into the terrified football Bowyer used to serve up, and what we got last night was a reminder that other teams aren't going to just roll over for us. Both Lincoln and Hull may have little to play for next week, but will we take the game to them now we need to? On last nights evidence, we may well be equally dismotivated.
I hope we are preparing for the summer transfer window now - we need some real quality injected.

If we can take it to the last game of the season still with a shout of making the play offs then it’s more than I expected back at the start of the season

We may have read too much into the 6-0.
