I think it's too much of a grey area to warrant 5 games, as much as I'd like it to.

Not all that often that a player out right dives with no contact whatsoever.

It is bullshit.
I agree with AKCJ, bring in the videos and catch them real time.
If someone dives to win an FA cup final, I am sure they will not give a **** that they will get a 2 match ban (one of which would be the Charity Shield ).
And the losing team still loses and gets no remuneration.
It is a half arsed measure.....
