You are a spot-on lad and I hope you shred these demons inside..<ok>

I have looked after my severely disabled partner for 8 years now after her body fell apart as well as bringing our daughter up from a day old. I go to dark places now and then, 8 years of sharing your body x3 takes it's toll but just go day by day like I do.

take care bud and I really mean that..

Alcohol is a drug. And, like any drug, if you abuse it, it will **** you up!

Without doubt mate, I maintain that small amounts of just about anything aren't really that bad for you.

Take the piss with a substance legal or not though...

Plus it's a natural depressant anyway.

Yep. Booze is great when you're on the lash and having a laugh, but too much quickly turns to feeling rough as **** and a horrible hangover.

That said, nothing is worse that the week long comedown depression from boshing the MDMA.

Dunno mate, when I was younger I used to find comedowns easier to deal with than hangovers <laugh>

Plus billy whizz always gave the worst comedowns <yikes>

Haven't done Whizz for probably 20 years. Try an MDMA comedown when you're knocking 40. Not recommended :)

Yeah **** all that mate! I've still quite a way to 40 and haven't done that **** for a few years as it is <laugh>

Whizz is just ****ing filthy, used to kill me off for days afterwards after losing about 2 stone.

Yeah speed is dirty ****. Often cut with god knows what. My tipple used to be half a gram of whizz and half a tab of LSD. Fun times tbh.
I got into MDMA in a kind of 'second wind' after I'd been off the dirty rugs for a few years. But since I had my daughter 4 years ago, I've knocked it all on the head. Apart from the odd spliff here and there.

Overall though, being as honest and rational as I can about it, and despite the societal lean towards the view that drugs are bad m'kay ... I would have to say that drugs have been a very positive influence in my life. Especially the psychedelics. DMT in particular.

Coke is a bastard, had some for the first time in a couple of years last weekend and, while it was a blast at the time, I had a dreadful Sunday and Monday. I wasn't really ok till Wednesday if I'm honest. Doubt I'll bother again.

I never suffered after E but we used to booze on through the Sunday after so never really had a comedown as such.

Find memories of great times! Survived it at least.

I've cried twice over the last 24 hours, The first one happened when I was in bed last night, it came out of nowhere, and the second one happened this morning before I went to work.

Dude you open yourself up to abuse and ridicule every single day, even if you're saying you deflect it all away, there's no doubt some of it is getting through.

Your videos are divisive at best, for those of us who 'get' you on here they are what they are, but most folk who watch them won't get that, they'll just see an angry Welsh bloke swearing for 10 mins and displaying some of the more stereotypical attributes of a United fan.

People never cry regularly for no reason at all, it's usually something subliminal or hormonal if you can't identify a cause. I assume you're not pregnant.
