The down side is that Mike Dean has been cleared and will ref our match at west Ham. If you have a dubious ref, stick him in the Norwich match.
If (or when) Costa is found guilty,the ref should also be answerable. How could Dean not have seen what was going on?
Great minds! I said this on the General Football thread, but it is definitley good that Costa has been charged. One more thing to watch Mourinho splutter about.
Abysmal really that bad decisions by match officials can influence the result of a football match!!! I'm not saying that had the referee got it so wrong that Arsenal would have won, but they would have had a better chance of at least getting something out of the game.
Basically the outcome is that Costa should have been sent off and Gabriel should not have been. 10 v 10 instead of 11 v 9, and we have him Reffing our match at the weekend.
