Out of the top 10 teams, only 2 have scored fewer goals than us - Coventry and Bristol Rovers No team has conceded fewer goals than us (despite losing 3 on the trot) B. Oxford and Ipswich are = with us on 21 then it's Sunderland on 22. On goal difference we are 5th, behind Oxford, Rotherham, Ipswich and Peterbprough
& Peterborough let 7 in the last two games, we were all expecting the wheels to come off sometime, we are still 4pts which means we will still be top on the 11th January when we play Sunderland
We need some good news lets hope that's on New Years Day with Charles Grimmer and Gape back maybe Fred as well Sido was dreadful yesterday Thompson and Ofoborh not a lot better I was surprised Wheeler lasted 77mins after being flattened early doors and looked out of it for a while but the most worrying thing we went long ball from the start and when that didn't work we went even longer ball with Allsop launching the ball straight to their keeper on many occasions including from the kick off when Blooms played in straight back to Allsop who hoofed the ball forward it was embarrassing
Ditto as i can't put myself through that again I'll go down my local that doesn't have a telly and i'll leave my phone at home
Pompey were way clear last year ! you cannot predict who win this division at the minute or finish in the top 10 ! and never mind about watching on ifollow get down and support the team like we do 30,000 average this season in this mickey mouse referee league as well. I tipped Coventry to go up last season as they tore us to pieces last season at home (4-5 the score)
Agreed. Hopefully we can feel fairly confident that we won' be relegated. We would need 3 stadiums to accommodate 30.000 . If we don't get promoted (quite likely imo) we can always say we couldn't afford it. With our current stadium we wouldn't be accepted into the Championship
It has to be all seating, as for the few of us on this site there are only two people who are local to the area the others it's a bit more difficult & expensive to get there
Brentford have been in the Championship for six seasons and have two terraced standing areas so we would be promoted not sure if I would be classed as local as although I have a season ticket I live in Northamptonshire 47 miles from the ground
That's half my distance to the ground, I did'nt realise that I always thought it had to be all seating, if I remember Guy was'nt it mooted a long while ago about making Adams Park all seating.
