Bacon and onion sausages (Aldi special - very tasty) served on mash with vegetables.

    Basic, but bloody lovely

Dauphinois pots are cooking, easy to do, alongside chicken breasts with leeks in a white wine sauce. Mouth watering. I reckon we are eating much better than pre distancing days.

Cottage Pie tonight, the size of a small cottage. Feel like a beached whale at the moment...

We had Spag Bol tonight, similar to yours insomuch as it's been brewing all day on a low heat. Delicious. Shepherds Pie tomorrow, later or beef bourguignon.

Tonight's was a lovely plump chicken breast fillet with a paprika based crust, mini potatoes and a mixed salad. Now having a Pink Gin with Fever Tree Tonic, life doesn't seem so bad a the moment...

Makes my quorn ham in tiger bread with Tesco’s own brand tortilla chips and chocolate fingers look rather plain in comparison.

I thought I’d really done a culinary delight

Pasta and meat balls with some home made garlic bread, so much garlic on it and no worries about the stink tomorrow as everyone in house had it, this social distancing ain’t all bad.
