As with Brentford I don't give a flying f*** where they go. Though I think we have been taking more points of Leeds than Bees of late.
Why come on here & ask that you Dick, you know what answer your get From us F u c k off who gives a ****
I MASSIVELY do want Leeds in the PL as they are a MASSIVE club from a MASSIVE town with a MASSIVE fan base playing MASSIVELY entertaining football which will be MASSIVELY watched, probably, by the whole MASSIVE world. I, for one, MASSIVELY hope it happens. Also, see above posts for MASSIVELY honest opinions!
And you got that MASSIVE sack of **** Bamford. You will be back season after next after a MASSIVELY disappointing season.
Living near Leeds I have an opinion. Turning a classic Joy Division song relating to Leeds downfall is an absolute classic(not sure who started this?), and I have loved winding up my Leeds mates, however the city needs a premier league club, and they thoroughly deserve it this season
With David O'Leary back at the helm, they will have a massive season reaching top four, possibly third in the PL next season. With Billy Bremner in mid field extending his contract with the club and Jimmy Floyd Hasslebank taking bribes up front, ( which will put a smile on his face ) the sky's the limit. Hey, what the heck............why not bring back Harry Kewell for a cameo performance. Liverpool, Manchester City & United it would seem, to be relegated. Yep, think l've got it right.
In fairness to the OP, the more simple answer is yes! Why? Because they finished top (probably) and deserve to go up on merit. That's the nature of football and individual preferences and bias cannot influence that. My only gripe with Leeds is the way commentators keep saying, 'too big not to be in PL' and some fans adopt that attitude too. Blah blah. Same for Villa. It's only points that matter so well done Leeds for this season and enjoy the moment because we all know what is likely to happen in the next.
I'm happy they are going up so we don't have to hear the total drivel the media waffle on about sleeping giants and how MASSIVE they are - good ****ing riddance. I don't watch PL football, so it's goodbye from me - probably until the next season
Don't forget they are still the MASSIVE CHAMPIONS OF EUROPE. To the O.P. the easy thing is to get to the PL. The hard part is staying there. Apart from that, we'll done. Enjoy watching the big teams (even if none of them are as big as Leeds) and we'll see you again next year.
Well done Leeds, most consistent side and deserve it. Staying up will be more difficult as you need more than a big name to survive as Villa are discovering...
