I think I'm going to go back to college and study A Level Allam Maths. I need more of an understanding of what 24 hours, silent majority, 2 weeks and free means.
it's actually funny how important he thought he was that, threatening to sell the club within 24 hours would suddenly stifle any protests and beg for him to reconsider
Wrong, his parents lived a few doors from my in-laws down Spring Bank when they came to Britain and his mother returned to Egypt to give birth to Ehab.
No, no, and no again. Notwithstanding his comment, it is not permitted to divulge other people's personal details on this website!
What’s your favourite part of the county – and why? Anywhere in East Yorkshire is my favourite. I am extremely loyal and proud of it. I have had a good life in this part of the county and went to the university. My children have been educated here and my son Ehab was born here. Assem Allam 09/05/2011
As much as Ehab is breaking his spirit, I think we are repairing it too. He knows we are fully behind him. As a set of fans, we're really good to our managers regardless of results. Others protest wanting them out and sacked etc.
I was very impressed with Batty last night particularly during the impressive first half. I also liked the look of Fleming.
Mannion did alright last night his distribution needs work but I can see why he was highly regarded when we signed him.
I think you are right, there is no doubt he was amazed and appreciative of the support last night at Donny. He certainly went away with the knowledge that fans are behind him and the team are against the owners, and he understands why.
He's also in countless photos since his arrival with fans whilst he's out and about. He must appreciate fans wanting to stop and speak to him and ask for a photograph. He'll be well aware of the dispute between us and the Allams and whatever happens there, he knows we're fully behind him. He can't lose really. No matter how badly he does in the league (if that's the case), the owners will be the ones blamed.
Batty has been good for the U23's for a while now, always looked capable of stepping up. Fleming who is only 17 is a good prospect also, he still a bit small but fast and skilful.
One person on the comments in the HDM said the true poison in the club is the idiots at the end. He thinks they should be named, shamed and banned from tbe KCOM. A few agreed with him FFS...
Wasn't there but presumably he referred to those who moved towards the front. Akin to a full scale riot to the delicate thing.
Two or three teens/early20's got onto the pitch **85th minute, mostly messing about and taking the piss - one of them was grabbed by the stewards and then the cops and lobbed out - fair play to the coppers as I saw the lad heading back to his bus so obviously not nicked. A lot went down to the front to protest but also to applaud and cheer the kids for a brilliant effort. It really was a non-event. ** I highlighted the 85th minute as LOTS of our 'fans' did their usual trick of filing out 10 minutes before the end, obviously missing it!
