I don't actually think a language barrier is that much of an issue as kids always seem to be able to learn a new language, so quickly. I'm sure that could be manageable.

Kids have always had pressure on them for exams. They're also continuing to achieve better grades than ever before.

That is giving figures from Oct - Dec. I'd imagine there's never been a time and certainly not recently when all the positions have been filled. How many staff have gone recently leading to these big waiting times?

Voters in the US state of Wyoming have ousted congresswoman Liz Cheney, a rare Republican critic of former President Donald Trump, in a primary election.

She has been trounced by a relative political newcomer and Trump-backed candidate, Harriet Hageman.

Ms Cheney was one of only two members of her party to join the congressional committee investigating Mr Trump's attempts to cling to power.

The three-term congresswoman was once a rising Republican star.

All 10 Republicans who voted to impeach Mr Trump after his supporters attacked the US Capitol building in January last year have been targeted in a scorched-earth campaign of revenge.

So far, four have retired, and now four have been defeated by his chosen candidates in primary ballots in the states of Wyoming Washington, Michigan and South Carolina.

Only two have successfully maintained their places on the Republican ticket for re-election.

The daughter of ex-Vice-President Dick Cheney, Ms Cheney was the last of the 10 to face the Trumpian assault.

I'm not sure I believe that, Sunderpitt. Straightaway I'm wondering why are they just showing electric prices and not gas?

We have always been quite high for electricity but only as far back as May we were the second cheapest for gas against all the countries in the EU.

I don't think this should be made into political point scoring. I'm against the EU but they're going through the exact same thing with the cost of living. Some of their countries inflation is double ours.

This is 99% the fault of that little Russian bastard.

 

I would check the figures again, my mate is coming to stop with me from Spain in October and he reckons they are much higher than ours.

We get 3% of our gas from Russia. European countries get the majority of theirs from Russia , yet their prices are cheaper than ours.
