that's what I thought, a nice defender for 4.5m, but he's listed as midfield for 6.5, still might put him in though.

Anderson of West Ham could be interesting. Supposedly got crazy skills but was really inconsistent at Lazio. Apparently unplayable one week and dog **** the next.

Ryan Fredericks as well. He looked decent when he got chances for us as a youngster.

Was the best RB in the championship last season.

Reckon he’ll play much? Worth a punt on FPL or not for the time being?

I wouldn't mate. I think he'll get game time, but not sure how much.

I'm hoping so, but we've got a lot of new first teamers, such a big change can often take a lot of time to gel, and if we get off to a bad start the atmosphere is going to drop and with it team confidence. As to Pellegrini, time will tell.

@Big Ern is Fabianski likely to be your starting keeper?

was hoping that but apparantly adrians had way more minutes than fab in pre season. Fabs had like 90 whereas adrians had like 300 odd.

probably not, he's had loads of game time in preseason but thats without hazard or willian back.

Yesterday he was the first one subbed off and i think he's a bit raw. He's been brilliant in pre season but yesterday he seemed a bit nervous (didn't run at walker when he had the opportunity quite a few times) until he grew into the game a bit and then go subbed off.

Think his lack of tracking back/intelligent pressing (cause he's young and inexperienced) might count against him. He certainly has the skills though and the athleticism

Unsure about this year. Don't think Salah will be worth the money, Kane usually starts slow so hesitant to put him in from the start. Think PEA might be a good shout of the expensive strikers. In terms of cheap players who will do well, they are largely irrelevant but I would go with Jota from Wolves and Kennedy at Newcastle as potential shouts.

Been hard trying to fit PEA in. I been flipping between him and aguero and settled with PEA after thinking about City being tired and taking a few games to really get their system going and i was worried about Aguero being rotated.

After the trouncing yesterday PEAs gone and Aguero is back lol.

I actually think Salah could be just as deadly. I've fallen for the Keita hype and if he's as good as what @Skylarker says he is, then salah is going to get the ball even more (surely, keita is more creative and can pass forward more than milner and winja and can)

I've gone for Aguero as my big striker to begin with, forgot about PEA though. How much is he? Got no Arsenal players at the moment.

Tempted to take a punt on Mitrovic for the early weeks.

Was going to mention Maddison for very same reasons ... plus has looked very good in pre-season .... unfortunately picked up a knock against Lille in last friendly ...

Iheanacho has scored 4 goals in pre season ... against Udinese, Sevilla and Lille ... apparently he's put in loads of extra fitness training ... he also scored in our last 2 league games against Arsenal and Spurs ... wouldn't be at all surprised if he has a big season ...

    Firmino is always a bargain.

Preseason suggests Mane is on pens for Liverpool next season.

    Zaha cheap enough.

Will Nacho play regularly? I know he started against us in the final game but do Leicester usually play two strikers? If so could be a good shout.

I wouldn’t go much on pre-season though, Llorente managed a couple goals against Roma, we all know he ain’t hitting a barn door in the Prem <laugh>.
