I agree with your general sentiments, but you'd think glasses would be easier to clean, rather than lanching loads of plastic in the bin.
Not really. A glass that’s had a quick swill in a bar glass cleaner, or a non reusable plastic pot, which carries the greater risk of transmission?
I didn't think I'd reel you in I won't be there. It's been a pleasure being in there or in the beer garden pretty much on my own doing quizzes and general knowledge crosswords, without being surrounded by ****ers. I object to plastic glasses on environmental grounds as well.
Can't be arsed to be honest. It'll be populated by ****ers. I might go in early doors just for a couple for the novelty value. I've saved myself a lot of money by not drinking pints in there.
I know one lad that's saved that much by not being able to go to the pub they've bought themselves a lexus. He can't wait for the pub to reopen
Might be a session in there tonight if the Chavs get anything out of tonight's game. My red parachute flares haven't ****ing arrived yet
The bars glass cleaners don't give a quick swill, you wouldn't want your hand in there while there getting washed. Just seems a shame to go from avoiding plastic pollution to **** It, it doesn't matter, i want a pint in a few months
There’ll be plenty who’ve been saving £100+ a week with alehouses being shut. I wonder how many of them will return to their old habits tbh.
Unless you’re supping Dom Pom, you’re doing well to spend 100 notes plus per night down the local like.
I wasn't meaning just the local. Used to regularly spend over £100 a night when I went out but always ended up in town after.
