I'm rather partial to the stuff but a trip to Scotland nearly did it in for me. We stayed in a number of B&B's, each served it with the 'Scottish Fry' breakfast. Neither my daughters or Mrs B like it. Being a nice guy I swapped my bacon for 1 piece, sausage for another and egg for the last bit. I ate bugger all apart from black pudding for days.
Come out my way! Clonakilty Black Pudding - it’s a feckin’ delicacy. And White Pudding is even better
https://www.clonakiltyblackpudding.ie/products/clonakilty-whitepudding White pudding consists of oatmeal, suet, bread, fat, spices and from time to time it contains shredded pork. So, the main difference between the two puddings is that the black one is usually made with pig's blood.
I will check next time home but Sainsburys didnt last time I was there. One has to pay to park at Asda so I avoid it and there is no Morrisons in Ashford.
Last place I recall seeing it was when I was in Dublin a while back. I guess it's official then: only EU member states stock it...
