As for the Leed's game - looks all over a draw to me with both teams not wanting to lose ths one.

I'm still going for City to nick it with a single goal - I just think there's a mentality developing amongst the players that's going to carry it..

Preston 0 - 1 with Tomlin getting the winner.

Tight game, fairly low quality all round. Only real difference was we seemed to have a tiny bit more up front in the end.

Not something we're used to saying.

I said early on, our bench looked strong. Could make the difference.

Hope we sort the Adomah situation out.

    Adomah situation?

Have we not got him beyond 30th June?

    Florists playing silly buggers?

    Indeed they are.
Can see why they might want to weaken our squad. Pain though.

Uncle has been underwhelming since the resumption so IMO no loss if he returns. We have Murphy and Whyte.

I'd agree with that. Not impressed me these opening 2 games and almost looked relieved to be taken off in both of them.

I'd start NML wide right and worry about later on in the game when we get there. As you say, Murph and Whyte are adequate replacements anyway.

(that's not saying I don't think Forest are tossers mind)

    Thinking about the Adomah situation.

What we do in Forest's situation? Probably the same as them.

The downside for Adomah is that he likely will be a sub, at best, for them if recalled. Not great for him if he is looking for a new club next season.

He hasn't been as good for us in the last 2 games but has probably softened up their left back for NML's arrival. So has done a good job in that respect.

He's still eligible for the Charlton game.

I like the guy, but if Harris knows he won't be around after Tuesday, I'd bench him at best and start NML - we need to prepare for the 6 games after that.

I would say play him the whole 90 mins and keep nml away from injury ,that is if we are winning at the time.Just saying.

We need to get NML, Glatzel and Tomlin on the pitch together for most of the game - not just 20 minutes at the end.

Even if we ran Adomah into the ground before he was dragged back by Lamouchi, I doubt he'd get a game for them anyway. It's just Forest doing their damnest to deprive us of him and stick a spoke in our works. Got to think of ourselves.

If Murph has genuinely been out because of a slight injury and is due back, and with Gavin Whyte aslo available, let's get on with it.

    Like the sound of that.
4231 with 2 of vaulks, bacunna or ralls in front of the back 4 with hoillet, tomlin and nml behind glatzel.
Will give most defences the run arround.

Still got plenty to come off the bench.
Can see one of the FBs being rotated tuesday. And the other the following game. Dont want to rag them too much.
