    Thank **** for that,
We still look like ****s, but thank ****.
City look like they are pulling out too.
By all accounts, it was the American owners that drove this, and our owners had to be coerced.
Not that that makes it any better really, but the fact that us and City were the last to sign up and the first to pull out means that Roman must have had HUGE misgivings.

Spurs and Arsenal joining a superleague would have been like Spongebob and Bananaman in The Avengers.

It looks like Manchester City will be second to pull out. Here’s hoping for a likewise Chelsea first and Manchester City second in this year’s European Cup final. :1980_boogie_down:

Unfortunately, PSG never even entered it... so they're technically number -1 <wah>

I don’t want Roman to sell up because I love the excitement of roller coaster rides. Following this club is a roller coaster ride and far better than worrying about there even being a Chelsea FC as was often the case before Roman took over. Remember that this club was often in very real financial trouble in the 70s, 80s and 90s.

Perhaps it's time that ownership of UK Clubs has to be by UK residents.
Not the time to have a go at RA, but why did he not get his Residency approved??
If I was RA ,I'd be putting the broom through my "advisors" and Board members who obviously got this load of bollocks 100% wrong. If those "on the ground" so to speak can so badly misread the mood of the nations' fans, then they are about as useful to RA as a couple of extra navels.

He was indeed Bristol. Was wondering if anyone would remember Wolfie.....you would have to be of a certain age !!! Loved Citizen Smith. A young "My Barry" from Last Of The Summer Wine was in it and i liked the nervous fella as well. Wolfie would have had the tooting liberation front out protesting against the super league !
