Wembley to be allowed at least 60,000 fans for Euro 2020 semi-finals and final - https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/57546042
We'll learn a lot about England tonight. They're playing like it's 2010 and all that tiki taka ****e when even the Italians are hell bent on attack. Croatia seem to have been forgotten about, they were in a world cup final three years ago ffs.
I'm shocked on the omission of Mings. I'm not a fan of his but was one of our better players against Scotland. How he has picked Kane and Sterling, with the form they are showing, is beyond me.
England game will prob bore, so I’m watching the other one as both have to go for a win to stand a chance
Absolutely spot on. Mings I didn’t rate, but he’s looked good for us so far. Kane and Sterling both utterly awful (bar 1 goal). Phil Foden the best attacking option we’ve had. Yet he’s left out for those 2 donkeys and an overrated Grealish! I had time fir Southgate. Admit his management made me enjoy watching England again. But this selection and the last one where he subbed Foden is changing my mind back!
Rice is another one. Never seen him look anything better than an average midfielder. Phillips is a better footballer IMO. But I wouldn’t play both of them either
Very very disappointed with that line up. Foden not even on bench? Mings has been the better centre half so he is very unlucky. If Maguire has a half decent game it's an excuse/reason to bring him back at Mings expense. Sancho should have started.
Southgate is a muppet. Tries to be too clever. Klinsman was right yesterday, potentially 6 out of 7 games at Wembley with this talent available to him. What a glorious opportunity to win a tournament and he is going to blow it.
