    I wonder if he had any priors or if this was a first offence? Would there be any mitigation in sentencing by the judge if you were drunk at the time of the offence?

    He was certainly quite the goal scorer in his time.

    Wasn't he at some time or other an "ambassador" for Chelsea Football Club.....you know the way clubs have legends doing work on behalf of the club? Not sure they expected it to turn out like this.......

    Yes he was. Ciarrai and I had a drink before the 6-1 defeat at SB in the hotel adjacent to the ground. He was in there having a meet and greet with their fans.
