First half of this game had Barnsley looking all the world like a top class Championship team, full of speed and effort and quite threatening. Willy actually saved our blushes a couple of times, until we gradually got up to speed, improved our dodgy poor passing, and started to click as a unit.As the game wore on and Barnsley tired from all their effort, our class showed through. Firstly Tammy Abraham looked like a different player and as one of his harshest critics, he made me eat my words. Full of effort, sharp as a tack, he was on it from the kick off, and his support play was as impressive as his scoring. Hat off to him, doing exactly what he wasn't doing last season has transformed him. Havertz class is impressive, Silva steadied the ship Willy was excellent and Kovacic is just my cup of tea. Tougher games to come of course, but couldn't expect better than this performance at this stage.
