Exeter sign ex-Chelsea keeper Lenny Pidgeley

Exeter City have secured their third signing of the off-season by bringing former Chelsea goalkeeper Lenny Pidgeley the club.

The 27-year-old has also played for the likes of Watford, Millwall, Carlisle and Bradford. He yesterday signed.

The keeper was most recently with the Bantams. He moved to Valley Parade on a two-month contract last October, and the deal was eventually extended until the end of the season.

He made 22 appearances for the League Two side.

Pidgeley started his career at Stamford Bridge after progressing though the Chelsea youth ranks. He played twice for the first-team before moving on.
