no, Sainz is the only exception to the rule: If you're in Toro Rosso and you don't go to RBR, you leave F1. It's going to be interesting to see what happens when Danny leaves RBR, I doubt either wants the other as a team-mate again, far too evenly matched.
Kvyat may be a decent option for Williams. Massa is getting very mouthy at the moment, and if Williams are unsure about Kubica or di Resta, Kvyat has the experience they want to go alongside Stroll. I don't think he is anything great, but was given a harsh time at RBR and you always felt that Torro Rosso never really wanted him back. If he is after some loving though, Williams is not traditionally the place where they put a caring arm around your shoulder............
Hope not. Stroll is still a gamble for the future and Massa has no future, so why not bring in someone who could stay for a few years and may benefit from a new environment?
I'd love to see Williams try something, I just can't see it. Clare Williams has looked to play things safe since she took control. Whilst that has its benefits it also stops the team progressing.
My gut feeling , and I hate to say this , is that Daddy Stroll has far more influence than the team admit . Massa seems like a nice person , and they are probably keen for him to stay . I would welcome Bottas back in 2019 though . Not good for the long term future of the team , if it has one beyond 2021.......
