Clearly you have a recruitment and academy set up as good as any in the country and imo had you of kept some of that quality you would have had a title under your belt by now.

I think your once great club is pretty toxic atm and HM can currently do a lot better for himself if he really wants to realise his full potential by going to City (his first choice ) rather than yourselves if he wants to win trophies ...... I’m sure mate, it’s good business in theory. When put into practise it can cause a lot of unrest, because rest assured if you value a player at £90m they want wages to reflect that and then come the rest of the players who think they’re all worth the same.
