Yeah was a really gd match, took rich who'd never been b4 and he really enjoyed it. Gales half century and Rashid's caught and bowl highlights along with the last wicket run out. Hopefully they can transfer winning ways to County champ and Pro 40. I missed a fair few wickets cos of the crowd though, cos of it being a Friday night people were getting ****ered and ive never seen so many people get chucked out. Were you on the Western Terrace? It gets a bit rowdy there, especially if you're the opposition player on the boundary or as you said a copper/ steward. But it's a great atmosphere.
Yeah, we usually go there, but we were right at the back as it was allocated seating. Just never seen it as rowdy as it was, been to Lanc derbies b4, just never a T20 one.
Febbos, if you fly into London, we booked a train to Hull via HullTrains with our yankee credit card. No problems. Stayed at Royal on Firthy's recommendation and it was terrific. Only £40 I think the night we stayed and convenient, too. Enjoy, we had a blast with the locals at the KC.
You should visit Staples carpark after 10pm. It's where all us City fans hold our secret meetings. Dress fancy and bring money.
