After what I saw today at Fratton Park Ipswich are not that good played in front of Pompey all afternoon & apart from a 10min spell at the beginning of the second half Pompey are not exactly setting the game on fire. At Pompey today we had 14 bookings & sending off for Ipswich. We will still be top when Ipswich turn up. To me Ipswich look today like another Sunderland, just turn up & pass the ball around & the name will get us through. To come away from Poxford with a 1-0 defeat having played 65mins with 10 men is good going when you look at Oxford second highest goals scored with 38 is not bad going, & the results went for us again today. The Coventry game could be a problem because they don't play Boxing Day

 

You were bound to lose one eventually and nobody else in league one is setting the World on fire are they. I always get a bit suspicious at this time of year when I see a Red and have to wonder how much the player wants Christmas off.
