No price at all but I’ve been looking forward to the reappearance of Evan Williams’ L’Astroboy. Won a bumper last season beating a Nicholls horse (Tahmuras) who has won at listed level already this season. L’Astroboy only won by a neck but travelled well throughout. Hopefully he can jump a hurdle but at 4/6 he won’t be further burdened by any cash of mine however I will be interested to see how he goes tomorrow.

315 kestral valley i took 10s last night ew it was 9s this morning after a withdrawal but has since crashed to 5s . Not for the faint hearted now at 5s but does look to have a great chance . Although i prefered it at bigger odds .

    Good morning all

Hope everyone is well, not been on for what seems like an age although still looking in most days. Going to throw a few darts today so here goes.

    12.45 New AUCUNRISQUE 4/1
    3.05 New DASHEL DRASHER 13/2
    3.40 New SHEARER 9/2
    1.45 Don BARTON KNOLL 11/2

I like the chances of BARTON KNOLL as he either wins or u/r here at Docaster. He has won this race for the previous 2 years so if he stays on his feet he could go very close. I think MACKENBERG will be hard to beat so I will do a rev fc too.

    Good luck all

A super-impressive Henderson novice hurdler at Newbury ................... now where have I seen that before?

Nice performance from L’Astroboy there. Looks more of a chaser than hurdler to my untrained eye though.

They always seem to buy big strapping sorts. Any that win bumpers and hurdles are probably pretty good at worst.

You're right, he is a big strapping type. Think I read a while ago that the Rucker family dream is to own a Grand National winner so most of their buys are got with half an eye leaning toward that race. And like Nass said if they are winning 2 mile hurdle races, they most likely are useful enough.
