Good goal aswell, so happy that he scored as it is a worry who will lead the line for us, I think I would rather Welbeck than Carroll, other than that Defoe would be a good option but he is better as an impact sub which is a role he is used to at Spurs.

That sort of play is more like it, Gerrard played very well to get that into the box, shame we could not get anything out of it.

Really well taken goal by Wellbeck. I think he could force his way into Woy's first XI

Anyone else pissed off with that Belgian player who shoved Cahill? This game was a friendly and that **** showed a lot of malice in what he did. The look on his face summed it up. The guy was intent on hurting Cahill. I am surprised that more has not been made of it.

I actually laughed, i thought the Mertens double foul (on Cahill and Hart) was actually the best thing to happen throughout the match.

He should have been sent off really as it was aggressive, you can't go and push a player, let alone with both hands right in to the keeper, he did not even try and cover it up really as everyone could see what he done.

Not really. He could have really hurt Cahill or even Hart. Collisions like that are horrible. I know you are Welsh, but that was not funny in any way.

How can you not find it funny though? He took out 2 people with 1 shove, he deserves a lot of credit for that, neat finish too once Cahill and Hart had been disposed of.

Sorry, i'm just really childish when it comes to things like this. I find colliding footballers highly amusing.
