The Chairboys welcome the Cod Army to Adams Park for a rearranged fixture from January due to the visitors FA Cup run that finally ended at Turf Moor last week, since the arrival of Matty Bloomfield we have yet to get our season going again after five wins on the bounce so you could say this is a must win if we are to have any chance of reaching the playoffs. Matty has a long list of injured players including first team starters Tafa, Obita and Thompson and we really missed all three on Saturday lets hope they will be back soon and we haven't picked up any more injuries with our now very depleted squad due to letting so many leave during the window. I will not be venturing out into the cold this evening but I will be watching on Wanderers TV hoping we can get back to winning ways and by the way it's mushy peas for me with my fish and chips
A bit of a slow start tonight scored in the 4th minute instead of the second glad to Vokes score after last Saturday. According to the BBC we had 22 shots & only 5 on target.
Very welcome win. And Derby lost to Plymouth. Cheers greeny Unfortunately Ipswich and Barnsley look unbeatable at the moment and we have to play both
