I wonder how much the council here has in reserve? After big poll tax rises and stealth cameras and big car park charge hikes while the roads are full of pot holes etching!
I don't want a fully cashless society but he's wrong on many of those points in reality though. I know in the Philippines there's an app many people used called GCash. I know my wife's family all use it - it's basically an app to send money to each other - as long as it's a GCash to GCash transaction there is no charge. Most people these days have smart phones - so as long as you have it set up when you go to a car boot sale etc, you just send the money via a similar app to the seller. I rarely have cash on me - I hardly ever carry a wallet - I use my phone for everything. I understand a lot of people don't want to do it that way - and that's why I don't want everything in the digital domain, I'm just saying it works for me and I'm happy with it. The guy from Right Said Fred just hasn't thought his points through before posting.
Not a bad bet but will Daniel Levy take the gamble. Somehow I don't think so. There will a few managerial change come the end of the season so all will be revealed soon.
