The manager who had England finish 3rd in the first season of the Nations league qualifying out of a group with Spain and Croatia, in it. The same manager who has us on 4 points after 2 games without a goal conceded and winning our first ever group game at the Euros?

If Italy win this 2-0 and Switzerland win 3-0 that puts Wales and Switzerland level on points and GD. Swiss will have scored 4 and conceded 4 and Wales will have scored 3 and conceded 3

So who finishes in 2nd place ?

Yeah wasn't sure if it it came down to goals scored or head to head results. Which was 1-1 in their game, so wouldn't separate them anyway.

Feel sorry for the lad getting sent off, think he was a bit shocked by the decision. Must admit, I was shocked by it to.

 

If ever there was a decision that needed to be overturned by VAR that was it.
