Alexander Isak, take a bow.
Perhaps the best individual run and assist for a goal that I have ever seen.
Beat three defenders as he dribbled the ball about 60 metres down the left wing and in at the byline after doing a loop and before nutmegging a defender, then around another defender with barely an inch to spare, as he then looped the ball around the goalkeeper for Jacob Murphy to tap in at the far post for Newcastle's fourth and final goal in the rout of relegation threatened Everton. Brilliant!

Pele and Maradona would have been proud (as well as a former QPR mid who shall remain nameless, ahemmm, Taarabt, ahemmm).

 

You've probably seen it, but worth another look.

I thought you were talking about the one that lyndon scores tomorrow in the 90th minute off his arse to complete our glorious victory and confirm our survival in the championship for another season.....

 

That will be GOTY. The above, albeit a great play by Isak, is just a contender.

 

Come to think of it Trammers, a goal scored in off Dykes arse would sum up our year perfectly.
