Just a quick message to wish you all a very happy and safe 2021 Also, if I am not mistaken January 2021 marks 10 years of not606 Not606 was the rebirth of the BBC 606 forum that ended at that time. It has grown over the 10 years to what we have today. As well as a good debate, there have been heated arguments, tears and laughter, highs and lows including 2 promotions, predictions, analysis, political debate, the sharing of love and anger of our club, transfer highs and lows and of course, fish, bird and coffee puns or any other puns for that matter. We don't always agree but we are like a little football family and I would like to thank all of you for keeping it interesting. A big thanks to the MODS past and present for keeping the standards of the forum going. Can you remember your first post on here? Any memories of the last 10 years you would like to share. Looking forward to catching up in 2021 and sharing Southamptons success.

Happy New Year everyone and as a young friend of mine from St Mary's would say, belonging to this forum has been '****ing Brilliant'. I will leave you with this stunning rendition of 'Auld Lang Syne' .....
Oh, and happy new year to you all. Fingers crossed for a better 2021, which will hopefully involve full stadiums and a European tour!!
First post was April 11 2011 Travelling to Rochdale? Travelling from Stockton, anyone else going from North East Durham North Yorks. Something like that. We lost 2-0 if I remember rightly. The fish and chips were the match highlights. Happy days.
Any memories of the last 10 years you would like to share. The posters on here are by and large a caring bunch. When we got to Wembley, I came on here and ranted on about old fans in the distant north had no chance of a ticket. Laid it on thick, I must admit. Out of the blue a Saints fan from the south coast offered me a ticket at cost price. Thought it was a wind up but the mods checked him out and it was genuine. Because he was on holiday in Australia and I dont do internet banking, he agreed to meet me at Wembley to get cash money. It was a great day made possible by a young bloke who I would probably called a few insulting names, as miserable old gits do about the young. Summed up the real football community that exists in all clubs, fans helping fans. Wouldn’t have happened without Not606. Thanks Saintly DCM
Hard to believe it has been 10 years and we had already lost Markus. Seems like yesterday yet so long ago. So many things have changed. Fortunately the Saints seem to be on the rise again.
