Should try heading the balls that were about when we were young . Ieather, and when wet and muddy , were enough to see bloody stars if you headed them. They knocked some sense into some people, and knocked others senseless . ............. Wonder if that's the reason there are so many nutters about now ?
    I'm not naming anybody.

God knows what damage those heavy wet leather balls did......

I know for a fact that when the Ospreys were testing/trialling the new cutting-edge Protecht/Opro mouthguard that there were some strange/unusually high readings at one training session.

On investigation, they discovered that the squad had decided to play a game of Headed Tennis to warm up <yikes>

They are heading a balloon today.
    Rubbish.
You knew you had headed a ball when you had lace marks on your forehead.
