Well, seeing as it pisses down all day every day non stop in Snowdonia, today we went out for a trip on the train.

There were two choices; Conwy or Llandudno.

Conwy has a huge 13 century castle and a walled town. Llandudno is a Victorian seaside 'resort'.

I knew should go to the former, but we went to the later. It is a horror story of a ****ing ****e hole.

It's essentially pensioners, disgusting fat ****s driving round on mobility scooters and scousers who look like they're on crystal metth. Plus toothless tramps.

We ended up looking round a shopping area that had JD Sports and Primark, we literally could have been in any run down town in Britain.

The best bit was the train back.

Do not go. Ever

 

I get up early as there’s hardly anyone else around to annoy me. There was only me and a middle aged Italian bird with fake tits at the pool when I took these.

I’ve posted about the ****hole that is Llandudno before. We go to Colwyn Bay for weddings and funerals so occasionally have to stay in Llandudno. Used to be a fancy holiday resort. It’s a shame what’s happened to it.

 

Although it looks lovely, pictures of the Italian bird with fake tits would have been more appropriate on here.

 

My Mum had come over to visit us and was a more frequent visitor to Llandudno so should have known really.

No idea why she couldn't bring herself to say it's not really a great day out.

I knew though.

It seemed less of a hassle though to just stay on the train to Llandudno than get off at Llandudno junction and walk over to Conwy.

As we went past on the train I was pointing out the castle saying what they could be doing today.

 

Where abouts? I liked Sri Lanka

I'm starting at Columbo and going to Batticaloa via Kandy (and possibly Ella).

I am going to be filming but mainly for practice etc. I doubt I'll upload it as I don't plan on starting properly for a while. I'm not booking any hotels etc. I'm just getting a motor bike and driving, see what happens!

It's not just slum drinking that I plan to do btw I'm going do anything that comes my way and just film it, hopefully get some good random/rare footage that people don't usually see.

 

Flew into Columbo and then went on a 10 day tour round the country so stopped off in various places, definitely went to Kandy which I liked. Galle probably the best of the larger towns I visited. Rode and got sprayed in the face by some ****y elephant somewhere as well.

After the tour just stayed in a resort for a couple of weeks, was nice. They ****ing love curry over there, breakfast, lunch and dinner it gets eaten. Also unless you really like spicy food I'd stick to what they call mild. I can eat hot food pretty well here but next level over there.

I'll try and remember the names of the places I went, I'm ****ing terrible when it comes to that sort of thing

 

Nice, sounds like a good trip. I've never been but I've read quite a lot and watched a lot of vlogs etc. the country looks so ****ing nice. Can't wait tbh.

 

I've got 136 hrs holidays left, plus 15 hrs lieu, will earn another 16 hrs lieu on Monday.

@brb went to Dubrovnik today. It’s the most touristy place I’ve been to in Europe including EuroDisney. Beautiful city but flooded with tourist parties and people off the cruise ships. Every other shop sells crappy gift stuff. Best seen by mountain road and boat. We took the boat back to the hotel which was nice. The coastline is stunning but, ****ing hell, the tourists. I think @BobbyD did warn me about it.

NB I do acknowledge that we are also tourists.

 

Kavtat is nice
