http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/41556941 You have yourself a really good player here - he was brilliant when we had him on loan and I was gutted we didn't sign him up - in the nicest way a poor man's Patrick Viera - but great energy and box to box - can't believe he;s lost it in two years. Best of luck with him - hope he turns your fortune's around a bit.
Of course we don't mind. Always happy to hear another point of view. (It's that bleddy Wooperts we can't stand but don't tell him) Have to say we all hope he turns our fortunes around. How we have got from where we were last season to this god alone knows.
Well...................ok I'll be your fwend. XX What happens now? Do I book a train ticket to Pompey for the weekend?
Good idea - you can come and see a good football match, and I'll buy you a programme and a pasty if you're well behaved
He'll send for one from his friends and family in South Hams notdistant. Even a pompey fan knows what a real pasty is. And I love pasties so just because you can't get one with prawns in doesn't mean they are rubbish.
You've obviously not had an oggie special from Dewneys outside the Dockyard gate after 10 pints down Union Street. I know the shop you mean and they aren't half bad mind even if they are a bit Dartmouth prices Wooperts.
Think if i had 10 pints i would be unconscious .. If i ate a pasty i would feel ill! I like the home made one , but i struggle with that.. But i have had a dewney past when i was younger from the shop in town.. I know that shop in Dartmouth, as we have been and having some work in the area and the lads like the pasties..
Joe remember... those old matelot's brains... would be to addled even counting to ten....let alone drinking ten pints a night....probably his rations for the whole week.
I was a Writer and that automatically means I can count. The other requirement was to be able to read or write but not necessarily both.
