A geezer differs from a bloke, a lad and a fella in so far as geezer is a perjorative term whilst the other three are generally used in an affectionate context. Eg Top bloke, good lad, canny fella. Whilst a geezer is a little bit werrrr, a little bit weyyyyyy, a little bit arrrrgggh.
