They put this out on Facebook last night and dozens of local artists have already signed up. #WeKnowWhatWeAre

I'm reasonably sure they had said they were buying some gum removing equipment before the paving was actually laid. Would be odd if they were furious now about it.
Nice looking places but I'm not sure I would want to live in that part of town if I had the money needed to buy one
I must concur. I remember working on Sculcoates Lane building the new ( blue brick, wood , block , brick house s back in 2004. We where told that the whole riverside was hopefully going to be developed in the next decade. That was from Air St /Sculcoates down to town. It seemed extremely unlikely at the time as it as proved.
