I hope the business's in the center (those that survived) are reaping the rewards too after enduring a year of construction work on their doorsteps.
Swansea for me They've got similar issues of deprivation and are overshadowed by Cardiff. Plus the Mumbles is lovely (not sure that's officially Swansea?)
As I said, no more inspiring than the next one. Unless Dundee and Leicester have hidden attributes which escape me.
The sort of cliched preconception which if directed at the residents of Hull would cause an outbreak of indignation. Though on my admittedly few visits to Swansea I have never encountered a single sheep wandering around the city.
Oh send the CofC to Coventry, then at least our majestic effort won't be beaten. And we've already nicked Larkin off them.
It matters not a jot who wins it, NO City will come anywhere near the success and positive impact that CoC has had on Hull. The views expressed in my posts are not necessarily mine.
