I'm off to see Catfish and the Bottlemen next weekend, should be alright. I'm glad the place is picking up now, 2018 did feel quiet on the lineup front overall, 2019 is already looking way better.
The Mrs went to see the Courteeners with her friends- said it was alright, but an odd shaped venue for music as it’s wedge shaped. Still not been yet.
Been a couple of times now, it is a bit odd but the it seems to work! I’ve never had to queue and the sounds quite good I thought! Suggs said the people sat at the far back “ look like they’re just hanging there “
Tom Waits would be ****ing ace. Neil Young not so. Ugh. Couldn't listen to an hour n half of that voice. Like a few of his songs like.
Seems to be a lot of complaint on social media about the Tim Booth gig for audience bad behaviour. It's a shame people who go to watch something have to spoil it for others.
Seen another tweet where somebody that was there said some fighting broke out between a few drunken idiots but security didn’t do anything about it until Tim stopped the gig and told the security it’s their job to sort it out.
