When you see the highlights, you also realise what a top-class header it was in it's own right. If that was in the ****y PL they'd be creaming themselves about the quality.
Stunning goal, he’s almost past the post to head that just inside. Never took his eye off the ball, even with wilks bearing down on him.. Brilliant!!!!
The view from behind the goal is superb, total commitment to get to the ball even with Wilks bearing down on him.
Oh sorry fellas..... Tom Eaves has scored a screaming diving header for Hull City..... cant remember who it was against...!!!
I've just looked at the one I thought it was, his 3rd against Rotherham when we won 3-2.... I suppose it could be a diving header, just!
I think it was Wednesday 6 minutes 35 seconds in. If it wasn’t this one, it was still a bloody cracking goal.
Now I'm thinking back a few years wondering what name I used on here or the older forum to know you lol. Had to edit I forgot to answer your question, I had my driving licence took off me on medical grounds so could not get about so no I was not able to do anything again, I do get some enjoyment watching games from abroad and here with my boy as he does his work though so that is a plus.
From behind the goal it shows what a really good header it was. It amused me when Wilk's was beating the ground in frustration, not getting the touch himself.
Hull City boss Grant McCann revealed the Tigers were denied in their attempts to move Saturday’s game with Fleetwood Town back 24 hours. All fixtures across the Football League were moved from their original 3pm start time to avoid a clash with the Duke of Edinburgh’s funeral. Playing 24 hours before City handed Posh an advantage, McCann felt, with Darren Ferguson’s men surviving a scare to see off the Cobblers 3-1.
For starters, who is he kidding? Teams should be wholly focused on their own games right now. Also, why would he want the game moved *back* a day? How would Posh playing on Friday night affect that?
He obviously wanted it moved back because we've got a game on Tuesday and it would have given us an extra day.
