Not to much interest in Peterborough/Sunderland game not unless we get 3 points. Has we all know they both can’t win so we have too, however I’m sure many will presume we will which is natural to think when you are top. However it won’t be easy, they sound a very well organised side who have let only 1 goal in, in their last 4 games, drawing with Doncaster and beating both Oxford and Shrewsbury. However we are a very decent side ourselves who may have to be patient to break them down. Any type of win will do. Now is definitely the time to start putting the pressure on.
Me too, icy cold wind blowing across that mud heap to greet them and a long boring trip home afterwards. Prefer a draw between them with a few injuries, maybe a sending off or two and a rash of yellow cards whilst City breeze home against the Cobblers.
If Pish-Pink Seats isn't a draw, I think a home win is the next best win. About time the SAFC bubble was burst, and they have an easier run in than Pish. All irrelevant though, if we don't win today.
Just thinking. How good is it to be in the automatic promo mix at this stage of the season. Couldn’t see it at the start of the season.
They’ll set up to stifle us, we need to be able to break them down. Won’t be the walk in the park some think it will be, they’re fighting for their lives. We match that fight, we win. 2-0 win I reckon.
Need a draw in the other game as it takes a point out of the promotion race, but ideally we want Peterborough to stuff Sunderland as they have not lost since early Feb
