For all our injury issues, that still looks a pretty good team on paper for this league. Worried about the attack, though. So far there's been very little evidence that either Sargent or Rashica knows how to play alongside Pukki.
If we just spent over £10 million on a Brazilian I would be amazed if he's lost his place to a 19 year old kid on loan Ramsey .
I'd like to see Sinari start at WR and Sara at CM with the boy wonder on the bench. Gibbs at DM looks good though, unless DS prefers McLean's greater experience.
If Sara isn't in the starting eleven, he won't have "lost his place" to anybody. He's never "had" a place. He's recovering from a long-term injury, for heaven's sake. He played 60 minutes on Tuesday, and the medical team will have been monitoring his data like hawks. Smith said yesterday that full recovery is still some time away.
He's recovering from an injury, but that doesn't mean he's 'crocked'. He got back into training earlier than expected after his arrival here and has had some useful sub appearances and that 60 minutes on Tuesday. My guess is that Núñez is more likely to start tomorrow alongside Gibbs and McLean with Sara available from the bench.
I hope the Norwich team follow your directions, as they'll never make the game as there is no such place as Humberside. The City and County of Kingston upon the River Hull, sits squarely and proudly where it always has, in East Yorkshire. Safe journey, and here's our match thread for an alternative view. https://www.not606.com/threads/hull-city-v-norwich.401936/ Right now, I'd take a draw. We can play well in patches, but we're still a work in progress and can get caught on the break.
I think Smith's record speaks for itself and the Canary faithful have been very understanding during his leadership. With a record of 6 wins from 30 odd games or something.
