Why would someone start a thread highlighting another poster's mental health issues in the title ?

Are you so naive as to believe the OP was attempting to garner help and empathy for brb or was it a snyde dig at him ?

If I posted that suicide link on another faux cry for help thread the resident pro virtue signallers would be lining up to call me all manner of nasty names and threaten me with violence.

This status was said in jest but I am really struggling. I might have to walk away from the business but I'm scared of what that will mean for me. The business is flying, it's doing amazing but I'm not. I'm worried that I'm going to end up firing some more lead through my head or jump off a bridge or something. Mental health is a ****ter and so unpredictable. People can't understand it with me. I get the good looking birds, talented footballer, popular lad in the area, successful business. They can't see the daily internal struggles I have and I can only stay okay for so long until it eventually zaps the life out of me and I'm debilitated through it. Life's a bitch.

 

You don't know what I have been though I'm my life , perhaps I have lost a parent to suicide?
Maybe I think suicide is cowardly ?

How much empathy did brb get from you ?

You were obviously trying to take the piss again, as you’re a bobble head and it’s obvious what you were trying to do,....you got rightly pulled up on that thread of Saffy’s for being a vile ****, or your usual self, take your ****ing pick, you bogus little troll.

For the record, Saf was wrong to mention brb in the op of that thread without his permission, which he obviously didn’t have. Those of us who have known saf on here for years, know he has struggled with his mental health, and it’s been good hearing the lad sorting his life out. It was worrying to read him talking about his demons returning the other night. Then you wade in, Mr Edgy trying to be a clever **** when others were rightly trying to offer the lad a shoulder. You ****ing tagnut.

 

So no kind words of encouragement to brb then, all things considered?

 

Brb never asked for any kind words, as it wasn’t his thread and I’ve already said saf was wrong to mention him. Brb said why he closed it and I agreed with him hence the reason I liked the post in which he did so.

Would it really kill you to just post a few kind words to brb , I find Saffy a gobshite but if he feels like putting a toaster in his bath .
