What are you using it for? CBD oil is great for pain relief and taking the edge off a stressful day. It won't get you high like THC but won't zap your energy either.
Yep, it may help with that. As long as the effects get you mellowed out and not paranoid or anxious it could be a great sleep aid. Some find it difficult to sleep once you stop using cannabis products so be aware of that. Other sleep tips - No phone or tablet watching in the late evening, the blue light emitted is known to cause sleep issues and the blue light filters incorporated in devices don't really work. There are blue light blocking glasses available if you must use electronic devices late at night. TV = good, Device = bad. Try to go to sleep and wake up at the same time, your brain likes a regular sleep pattern. Don't go to bed hungry, your body still uses energy when you sleep and you will wake up if you don't have enough glucose for the night, a spoonful of natural honey is great! Now go catch some z's!
