I am currently away in Spain and have developed what looks like nob rot. I am a little embarrassed to go to the local chemist especially with the communication barrier. Does anyone know of an over the counter cream I could ask for by writing it down. The combination of sweat and the infection is spoiling my break.

Thanks for the quick response old shag. Will an oil like that irritate the aforementioned condition? Are you a pharmacist?

Try a bit of Canestan cream, should sort out a bit of thrush infection. Just head off to the local pharmacy, they seem to speak pretty good english and will be used to tourists with 'knob rot'.

Have you considered treating it yourself Vern? Get yourself out to the swimming pool and 'borrow' a parasol, insert said parasol into your urethra, open it up and pull it out...That'll clear the infection and save you a visit to a Harley Street specialist on your U.K return:emoticon-0148-yes:
