"No bloostained poppy on our hoopy" You realise that the poppy was first used in 1919 to remember those who lost their lives in WW1.
I thought it would be evident with the above comments, but obviously some folk need everything spelled out to them.
Compared to 1 million + under Sadaams rule. Celtic had quite a few players that fought in both World Wars yet every year the whole nation is worried the rabble within your support will spoil it.
So you're justifying making the likes of Bush, Cheney, Wolfowitz and Blair et al. richer men while killing over 100,00 innocent people? You're not very bright are you Medro?
"Your deeds would shame all the devils in hell" So is that all people who wear a poppy? All people who fought in a war? Just the people who fought in Ireland, Afghanistan & Iraq?
They are richer now after the war? Anything to back up your claims? So you telling me that it would have been a better solution to leave a tyrant in charge who had tortured and killed at least 10 times more than the amount of people who have died? I'm here to help lad. Anything else you don't understand, just give me a shout.
wonder how many brits will get blasted this year, then we'll need to endure it on the news how they were 'wonderful fathers', 'a pleasure to serve with' or 'the greatest guy i ever knew' why is it never the arseholes who get killed? soooo unfair please log in to view this image
Naw, they're actually poorer due to the war. What a thick **** Do you honestly believe we went to war to remove Saddam? You really are one of the dullest and stupidest posters on here Medro.
The poppy is used as a symbol for remembrance day (11 November here) to recall the official end of World War I.
Like I said, is there any evidence to suggest they all became richer due to this war? I think there were numerous reasons but yes. Like I said would it have been better to leave him in power? He tortured and killed over a million people, some even guessing as high as 5 million, yet stopping him would be seen as 'shaming all the devils in hell!'
The memory of which has been sullied by the killing of over 100,000 innocent civilians in the name of making rich American and European companies even richer.
Medro thinks we went to war to get rid of Saddam I used to think he was a bit thick but now I realise he's just a simpleton.
