Hello, I am a university student researching if fans would benefit from in stadium Wi-Fi. I would appreciate it if you could complete the 2 question questionnaire, thanks.

I'd be happy for them to add a couple of quid to my season ticket for quality access.

Say 5,000 people took it up, £10,000 would pay for pretty good WiFi with good bandwidth.

It'd mean I'd be able to use Betfair at half time.

    Vin

Done. I must admit I'm very much in two minds about whether it would be a good thing or not. I can see the benefits, but one of the nice things about going to football matches is that everyone is concentrating on the same thing and talking to each other about it.

    Done.

Yes I can see that it could be a good thing. I also agree with Chilco that football in the stadium is a collective social event. With that in mind I would only make it available before the match and at HT. Debatable whether it should be on for a few minutes at FT, but then it could be very useful for people who want to confirm information and updates on travel information, etc.. During the match, no Wi-Fi.

Doesn't anyone go to football to watch the game? They'll be asking for it in church next, so we can tweet through weddings and funerals.

    Count me out.

I've seen enough half time relays thanks. Being able to read up on other games in other leagues would be nice at half time.

    Count me in.

There is wi fi in the stadium. In the corporate bit they post up the password etc on the TV screens.
